Elevate UC - One way audio known issue: UPDATE 11/06/2026 - 12:05pm: Our Engineering team had been alerted to an issue where some inbound calls may have had one-way audio. The team has observed consistent improvement of call stability since adjustments to voice codec settings were applied yesterday. The team also continues working with the upstream carrier to address any residual call failures. Please contact Support line with fresh call examples if you continue to experience any issues.
